How we work

Senior accountability, engineered into every engagement.

Procurement asks two questions of every consultancy: who is accountable, and how is quality controlled. This page answers both, structurally rather than rhetorically.

The delivery model

Accountability and review, defined in the proposal.

Each proposal identifies the Engagement Lead, the specialists required for the scope and the quality-review arrangements appropriate to the engagement.

Accountability

Engagement Lead

A senior practitioner, normally appointed with fifteen or more years of relevant professional experience, owns the engagement from scoping through delivery and handover. The Engagement Lead is identified in the proposal and remains your single point of accountability throughout.

Capability

Specialist practitioners

Selected for the technical scope, sector context, required credentials and complexity of the work. A focused assignment carries the specialists it needs and no more; a complex programme draws in the disciplines it demands.

Control

Second Senior Quality Reviewer

Where assigned, a second senior practitioner not involved in day-to-day delivery reviews the work before it reaches you.

The engagement lifecycle

From first conversation to standing capability.

Every engagement follows the same discipline, whatever its size. The stages below are how the delivery model becomes a schedule.

  1. Scoping

A working conversation about your requirement: the regulators, contracts or decisions driving it, and the constraints around it. We tell you plainly if we are not the right firm for the work.

  2. Proposal

A written proposal setting out scope, approach, fees, the Engagement Lead, delivery roles and the credentials relevant to the requirement. Individual profiles are provided where required for evaluation or procurement. The Engagement Lead identified in the proposal remains accountable through delivery and handover.

  3. Delivery cadence with quality gates

Work runs to an agreed rhythm of working sessions and checkpoints. The proposal identifies the principal review points, which may include diagnostic findings, system architecture, draft deliverables and final outputs. At each gate, where a Second Senior Quality Reviewer is assigned, that practitioner reviews the work before it moves forward.

  4. Handover and capability transfer

Documentation, training and a system your own team runs. The engagement ends with capability sitting in your organisation, not with a dependency on ours.

Configured to scale

Sized to the work: nothing more, nothing less.

We do not claim to be a large firm, and we do not need to be. What matters to your engagement is that the right expertise turns up, with structure behind it.

Focused assignments

Lean by design

A focused assignment carries a lean configuration (the Engagement Lead and the specialists the scope requires) and is priced accordingly.

Complex programmes

Breadth when it counts

Larger programmes are delivered through broader teams and parallel workstreams, coordinated under a single Engagement Lead so accountability never fragments.

Continuity

Beyond any individual

Engagement decisions, working papers and approved outputs are maintained as part of the engagement record, so continuity does not depend on one individual's files or memory. Any material change to the Engagement Lead or specialist capability is discussed with the client before it is made.

Who delivers

Credentials represented across our delivery capability.

The expertise required differs by engagement. We therefore present delivery capability by discipline and provide the profiles most relevant to each requirement during proposal and procurement.

The credentials below represent the firm's wider delivery capability and are not implied to be held by every practitioner. The proposal identifies the experience and qualifications relevant to the proposed engagement team.

  • Management systems and audit: IRCA-registered lead auditors in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, business continuity (BCMS), ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27701. ASQ-certified quality professionals (CMQ/OE, CCQM).
  • Governance and information security: CISA (ISACA) and Certified Ethical Hacker (EC-Council) credentials. ISO 31000 risk management specialists.
  • Performance and excellence: Certified EFQM assessor and senior Dubai Quality Award assessor experience. Balanced scorecard specialists.
  • Project and process improvement: PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner engagement management. Lean Six Sigma and certified process professionals.
  • Health and safety: NEBOSH-qualified health and safety practitioners.

Capability transfer

We leave capability, not dependency.

Every engagement is designed so the system keeps working after we leave. Competence requirements are defined for each role the system depends on, training is tied to what the standard requires rather than delivered generically, and your team runs the system, with our practitioners alongside, before handover. Where an organisation wants to go further, competence framework development can be scoped as an assignment in its own right. That assignment is described in full under competence and capability development.

This is a deliberate commercial position: consultancies that design dependency in are selling their own return visit. The measure of our work is a surveillance audit passed without us in the room.

For procurement teams

The facts, stated plainly.

You will notice there is no logo wall on this site. That is discipline, not absence: client confidentiality is standing practice at ExSolution, and many of our clients, government entities and regulated organisations among them, do not permit public naming. Named experience relevant to your requirement is disclosed at proposal stage where clients have permitted it.

If your due-diligence process needs more than these facts, the capability statement sets out the firm profile, delivery model, practice areas and credential categories in one document.
