About the firm · Est. 2013

An advisory firm built around senior practitioners.

Judgement is the service. Everything else is documentation. ExSolution has delivered more than 500 engagements from the UAE since 2013, ranging from single focused assignments to multi-year programmes spanning governance, risk, performance and management systems. Every engagement is led and delivered by senior practitioners, with the team configured to its scope.

The idea

One connected discipline, not parallel programmes.

Most organisations accumulate management systems the way they accumulate obligations: a quality system for one audience, a security system for another, continuity plans, ESG disclosures and risk registers each built in isolation. The result is duplicated evidence and contradictions between systems, and the audit burden that comes with both.

ExSolution was built on a different premise: that management systems, risk, resilience, ESG and performance are one connected discipline. Built together, they share structure and evidence, cut down repeated examination, and keep improving the business between certificates.

The shape of the firm

Intentionally lean.

We have never aspired to be a large firm. For each engagement we configure senior leadership, specialist practitioners and quality review to the scope of the work: a small team for a focused assignment, a broader one for a complex programme.

What we do not do is present a staffing pyramid as expertise. The practitioners proposed for your work are the practitioners who deliver it.

What we believe

Three convictions, consistently applied.

01

Systems must outlive audits

A management system that only performs in audit week is paperwork. We build systems that run the business between certificates, and pass the audit as a consequence.

02

Expertise proposed is expertise delivered

Engagements are not won by senior people and then handed to junior ones. The Engagement Lead identified in the proposal remains accountable through delivery and handover.

03

Capability belongs to the client

Every engagement ends with your team running the system. We design engagements so your team does not need us to keep the system running afterwards.

Delivery capability

Senior capability, configured to the requirement.

The expertise required differs by engagement. We therefore present our delivery capability by discipline and provide the profiles most relevant to each requirement during proposal and procurement.

Our delivery capability includes management systems and audit, governance and information security, performance and excellence, project and process improvement, and health and safety. The credential categories and how they connect to the proposed engagement team are set out under who delivers.

Engagements span audit and assurance assignments, excellence and performance programmes, and the management system implementations that anchor them.
