- Typical duration
- Focused assessments may run for weeks. Implementation and multi-domain programmes usually run for a few months or longer. The schedule is confirmed after scoping.
- Client responsibilities
- A named sponsor, access to the relevant people and evidence, timely decisions, and ownership of operating the controls once they are agreed.

A senior practitioner is identified in the proposal, owns the engagement from scoping through handover and remains your single point of accountability.

Selected for the technical scope, sector context, required credentials and complexity of the assignment.
Second Senior Quality Reviewer
Where assigned, a second senior practitioner not involved in day-to-day delivery reviews the work before it reaches you.
