Frequently asked questions
Questions buyers ask.
The questions below come up in procurement reviews, tender clarifications and first conversations. The answers are the same ones we give in the room.
Who will deliver the work in practice?
The proposal identifies the Engagement Lead, delivery roles and relevant credentials; individual profiles are provided where required for evaluation or procurement. The Engagement Lead owns the work from scoping through handover and remains your single point of accountability throughout.
How do you resource a large or multi-site programme?
Through broader teams and parallel workstreams under a single Engagement Lead, so accountability does not fragment. Practitioners are selected for the technical scope, sector context, required credentials and complexity of the work. Each proposal identifies the Engagement Lead and states the quality-review arrangements for that engagement. Where a Second Senior Quality Reviewer is assigned, that practitioner is not involved in day-to-day delivery and reviews the work before it reaches you.
How do you ensure consistency and quality of deliverables?
Engagements run against quality gates agreed at the start. The principal review points may include diagnostic findings, system architecture, draft deliverables and final outputs. Where a Second Senior Quality Reviewer is assigned, that practitioner is not involved in day-to-day delivery and reviews the work before it reaches you.
Do you guarantee certification?
No, and no consultant legitimately can: the decision rests with an independent accredited certification body. We prepare your management system, your evidence and your people so the audit holds no surprises. Treat any guarantee of certification as a warning sign about the certificate being offered.
Do you issue ISO certificates?
No. ExSolution provides advisory and implementation support only; certificates are issued by independent certification bodies following their own audits. We recommend working exclusively with accredited bodies.
What services does ExSolution not provide?
ExSolution provides advisory, implementation and agreed internal-audit support within the scope stated in each proposal. We do not issue certificates or accreditations, decide award or regulatory outcomes, provide statutory audit or external assurance, or give legal advice. Work over arrangements we designed is not presented as independent assurance. Where another qualified or authorised party must make the decision, we prepare the organisation for that party's review and keep the roles separate.
Can you name clients, or show logos?
Client confidentiality is standing practice, and many clients, government entities and regulated organisations among them, do not permit public naming. Engagements are described on this site without names. Named experience relevant to your requirement is disclosed at proposal stage where clients have permitted it.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, which is why we publish no rate card. A focused assignment carries a lean team and is priced accordingly; a complex programme is priced for the breadth it requires. After a scoping conversation you receive a written proposal, with no obligation.
How fast do you respond?
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
ExSolution is registered in Sharjah and serves clients across the UAE and GCC. Delivery elsewhere in the GCC is undertaken by client agreement, engagement by engagement.
Can you work under NDA?
Yes. Working under non-disclosure agreements is standing practice, and we are happy to execute your NDA before any detailed discussion of your requirements.
